No, the large tires with very low air pressure (2psi) make it a smooth ride. There is movement but the movement is soft like riding on balloons, and not rough like a standard ATV.

Yes it floats! Our vehicles can climb mountains and seamlessly drive into the water and become a boat.

Guests should be able to climb 4-5 stairsteps without handrails and bed over at the waist to get in and out of the vehicles. Guests over 325Lbs and/or with a waistline (belt-line) over 50 inches should call before booking. We can accomodate Guests of almost any size with advance notice.

Our vehicles are designed to tackle almost any terrain, they are not made for speed. We travel around 10-20MPH as we negotiate the terrain, the trails we operate on are not suitable for high speed operations.

Our Guides will do the driving so you can enjoy the ride. The vehicles cost between $165,000 and $300,000 and they are manual transmission vehicles operated and steered with clutches and multiple brakes (no steering wheel)

The Fat Tire 1200N units cost between $165,000 and $185,000 USD and the TUT Trucks cost between $300,000 and $400,000 each.

To some extent yes, which is why guests are provided noise canceling headsets with microphones. Due to the amphibious nature of the vehicle, engine noise is prevented from escaping out the bottom of the vehicle due to the water-tight hull under the vehicle. The headsets make it easy to carry on conversations with ease. Wearing the headsets is not mandatory but they help hear and communicate with the Guide who is facing forward driving the vehicle.

Yes, if the infant will be in a swaddle or baby bjorn carried by a parent then they can ride for free. If the child will occupy a seat, car seat (Parents must bring their own car seats) then they must pay full price for the child.

We have limited seats and our permits limit the number of tours and guests we can accomodate. If the child will occupy a seat, then a full fare is required.

Yes, We offer 10% off for First Responders, Active Duty Military or Veterans, please call us before booking and be prepared to provide proof of service while booking over the phone. We DO NOT TOLERATE STOLEN VALOR, the service rendered by First Responders and Military personnel is honored and sacred (Proof of service is verified by showing a Military ID,retired Military ID, LEO badge/credentials, or employee ID). Our family business is owned and operated by a retired first responder.

YES. When booking, select your hotel in the list, if your hotel is not listed, please call us before booking if you need a shuttle so we can coordinate shuttle services.

No, we operate in the Stampede Corridor surrounded on 3 sides by the National Park but it is public State Lands. There are no Commercial ATV tours allowed to operate in Denali National Park.

Yes, go to a Zoo. Wildlife is common, but they are wild, and sometimes we see them and sometimes we don’t. Although wildlife is common, we focus on Vista VIews, Geology, Culture, History, and Alaskan storytelling.

Yes, but we ask that you coordinate with our commercial drone pilots/guides for safety, as we deploy drones on our tours for wildlife recording and videography of your tour. We provide guests their personalized drone videos (weather permitting) included as part of their tour (no additional costs).
